Hilary Duff turns 28 on September 28, 1997. She was born in Houston Texas. She quickly rose to fame and was soon among the top and most famous and loved actresses of our times. She was the second daughter of Susan Duff and Robert Erhard Duff as well as her younger sister Haylie Duff. Hilary began traveling with her older sibling in the Cecchetti Ballet when she was young. While she was a ballet fan however, she soon embarked on a career as an actor. In 1998, when Duff was just 11, she had her first acting breakthrough with the film Casper Meets Wendy.
